We do not run product analytics in the service. Any essential provider-side security logs remain limited to service operations. The release is designed to operate in line with UK GDPR principles and the ICO Children's Code.

Parents log in with email and password, create each child profile, and manage child login names and PINs.
Parent sign up or log inCloud child login
Sign in with login name and PIN
Use the child login name and PIN your parent created. This loads the child profile and syncs progress from the secure family database.
Use the 6-digit PIN created by the parent account.
How access works
1. Parent sign-in
Register or log in with the parent email address and password.
2. Child profile setup
Add the child name, age, avatar, school year, login name, and 6-digit PIN.
3. Child learning access
The child signs in with the parent-managed login name and PIN and sees only the learning area.
